The $50,000 Charity Challenge

"Because you aren't really living the good life if you aren't doing some good."

YES will show you $50,000 in overlooked tax-saving strategies— or we'll donate to your favorite charity.

You didn't build the kind of wealth that puts you in the top 1% by leaving money on the table. You also don't ignore no-lose opportunities. Your tax strategy shouldn't either.

For qualifying taxpayer prospects with $500,000+ in adjusted gross income, we guarantee to identify at least $50,000 in new, qualifying, implementable federal tax strategies you are not currently using. If we can't, we'll make an in-kind donation of $50,000 in tax strategy services to a nonprofit of your choosing.

For the High-Net-Worth Taxpayer

You already have an advisor. Maybe more than one. The question isn't about their competence or whether your current tax strategy is bad — it's whether it's complete. Or as complete as it possibly could be?

Most tax planning is built for the return you filed last year, not the opportunities available at your income and asset level this year.

The Challenge isn't a second opinion for its own sake. It's a defined, bounded commitment: we sit down, we look at your actual situation, and we find $50,000 in strategy that's new, specific, qualifying, and yours to act on. What you implement — and how much you ultimately realize — is up to you and your circumstances. What we guarantee is that we find it.

Nothing hidden.

Every strategy we identify comes from readily available tax planning software and public tax code — nothing proprietary, nothing you couldn't verify or replicate yourself with the right expertise. The value isn't a secret formula; it's knowing where to look and how to apply it to your specific situation.

How it works
  • A confidential strategy and intake so we understand your actual tax picture.

  • We identify at least $50,000 in qualifying strategies specific to you.

  • If we come up short, we donate $50,000 in services to a charity of your choice — a cause you already care about, funded by us, at no cost to you.

What's Possible

Regardless of the amount or the source of income, an effective tax rate of less than 1% is possible.

This isn't a projection or a sales claim — it's the IRS's own calculator confirming that substantial, legitimate deductions exist that most taxpayers aren't using. The strategies are ours. The math is theirs.

Attached below is confirmation using the actual IRS tax calculator software.

These scenarios use W-2 ordinary income — the hardest income type to offset. If it works here, it works for whatever's on your return.

For illustrative purposes, we present three scenarios of AGI of $500,000, $5,000,000, and $50,000,000. These are not actual clients but representative single filers, age 30 with no dependents.

The tax savings and strategies identified include multiple strategies applied across several categories.

The purpose is to show what's available under the tax code — and what is generally overlooked or falling through the cracks and that legally paying an effective federal tax rate of less than 1% on Adjusted Gross Income of ordinary income ranging from $500,000 to $50,000,000 is consistent and compliant with the current tax code.

That said, this is neither tax nor legal advice, as it may not necessarily always be desirable to maximize every deduction, and definitely not a prediction or representation of any specific taxpayer's situation or outcome.

What any taxpayer may choose to use or employ is up to them and their professional tax, legal, and investment advisers.

That said, here is the relevant information:

For Your Current Tax Advisor

This isn't a pitch to replace your CPA or financial advisor — it's a second, focused layer of tax strategy work, done alongside them. Many of the strategies we identify complement existing return preparation and planning relationships rather than compete with them. We're happy to coordinate directly with your advisor to make sure anything we surface fits cleanly into your broader financial picture.

For the Charity You Care About

Helping you isn't the only way we can support the cause you care about. If we can't find $50,000 in new strategy for you personally, we'll make a $50,000 in-kind donation to your favorite charity — but that's just the floor.

The bigger opportunity: we can offer the same $50,000 Challenge to other supporters of that same charity. When their major donors keep more of what they earn, many are able to give more of it — meaning your favorite cause benefits whether or not the Challenge is triggered for you specifically.
